Why is it named ‘Marfanista’?

The inspiration behind Marfanista Tequila is the small Texas town named Marfa. Marfa, TX remains resolute as an oasis of art and culture in one of America’s last frontiers. As Texian folklore tells it, this area was blessed with ‘liquid gold’ coming directly from Mayahuel, the Goddess of Agave, herself. It is from this legend that the inspiration for our unequivocally smooth tequila was first born. Find out more on our BRAND page here.
